If you're visiting this page you most likely have been in an automobile accident and are treating with one of our chiropractors. Here is where we give you information about who we are and what we do. We are patient advocates.

We are an independent personal injury case management company who is contracted by chiropractors specifically to manage their auto patients file outside of the office. We are not attorneys. We do however have 39 years of personal injury experience and haved helped thousands with their cases in many ways. Here's what we do/need to help you.

• We receive/review your initial paperwork from your chiropractor to make sure we have all the necessary information about the accident we will need to move forward.
• Crash report as soon as you obtain it.
• Copy of your declaration page of your policy showing all coverage on your policy.
• Claim number, adjuster contact information from your insuranceThen we will verify your insurance for medical coverage. This is a part of your policy you will only use if you have been injured in an accident. Your rate will not increase for using this especially if you are not at-fault. You will be asked call your carrier to file a claim to access your med-pay. Anything your company pays toward your medical will be subrogated (paid back) by the at-fault party dollar for dollar.
• We will then make sure the at-fault party has accepted liability for the accident. This means they will be responsible for car repairs, all medical expenses related to the accident and pain & suffering. This applies to all passengers in the vehicle.
